1. Scope
This policy applies to direct purchases of the QuoteSuite Lifetime Free Plan from Drevica Worldwide Private Limited. The plan has a one-time fee of ₹4,500 plus applicable taxes.
2. Cancellation before activation
You may request cancellation within 7 calendar days of payment, provided your QuoteSuite account has not been activated, onboarding or training has not begun, and the service has not been used to create, import, save, share or download a quotation.
3. After activation or use
Once the account is activated, onboarding or training has begun, or any QuoteSuite feature has been used, the one-time plan fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we confirm that the service could not be delivered due to an issue attributable to QuoteSuite.
4. Duplicate or erroneous payments
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or payment is successfully debited but the order is not recorded, contact us within 7 calendar days with the registered email, phone number, payment date, amount and transaction reference. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded.
5. Usage-based charges
Charges for AI actions, consumed quote credits, wallet usage or other services already delivered are non-refundable. Unused balances are handled according to the terms shown at the time of recharge or purchase and applicable law.
6. How to request a refund
Email quotesuite@drevica.in with the subject “Refund Request”, or use our Contact Us page. Include your business name, registered contact details, payment reference and reason. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs or OTPs.
7. Processing time
We normally review complete requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the credit.
