1. Digital delivery
QuoteSuite is delivered electronically. There are no shipping charges, courier tracking numbers or physical delivery requirements.
2. Activation timeline
After successful payment verification and receipt of the information required to create your agency account, access is normally activated within 1 business day. Login or onboarding details are provided through the registered email address or phone number.
3. Onboarding and training
Included onboarding and training are arranged with the customer using the contact details provided during purchase or enquiry. Timing depends on the customer providing the required agency information and being available for the agreed session.
4. Delivery delays
Payment verification, incomplete account information, holidays, security review or events outside reasonable control may delay activation. If you have not received an update within 1 business day, contact quotesuite@drevica.in or +91 98259 90878 with your payment reference.
5. Incorrect contact information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and phone number. If delivery details were entered incorrectly, contact us promptly so we can verify the purchase and update the account information.
