2. Information we collect
We may collect account and business details, name, email address, phone number, agency information, billing and transaction references, support communications, customer and quotation data entered by authorised users, uploaded files, device and browser information, and service usage or diagnostic logs.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure QuoteSuite, create and manage accounts, process enquiries and payments, deliver onboarding and support, generate and manage quotations, operate requested integrations, communicate service information, prevent fraud and misuse, meet legal obligations and improve product reliability.
4. Payments
Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another disclosed payment service provider. QuoteSuite does not store complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials. Payment providers process information according to their own privacy and security practices.
5. Service providers and integrations
We may share only the information necessary with vetted providers that support hosting, analytics, payments, email, messaging, AI-assisted processing, maps, travel data, image services and customer support. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect users, the company or the service.
6. Customer data responsibility
Travel agencies using QuoteSuite control the customer information they enter. Agencies must collect and use that information lawfully and provide any notices or permissions required for their customers. We process such information to provide the requested service.
7. Retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Users must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
